Contact enquiries
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message. We use this information to answer your enquiry and manage related correspondence. These fields are necessary to process the form. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
For general enquiries, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Where your enquiry concerns entering into a contract, processing may instead be necessary to take steps at your request before that contract. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and improve its content. Depending on its configuration and your privacy choices, it may process cookie identifiers, pages visited, interactions, approximate location and device or browser information. Google receives data through this service.

Your data protection rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Advertising and social-media videos
Selected Instagram and TikTok posts are available on our Articles page. Their external players load only when you choose to show the posts for that network. Loading a player connects your browser to Meta/Instagram or TikTok, which may process your IP address, device information and interactions, and may use cookies under their own policies. The basis for loading these optional players is your choice to activate them. You can hide the players again; this does not remove cookies already set by the provider.
